Assoc Prof Steve Kardinal Jusuf, MSc (Bdg Sc), PhD

Dr Steve Kardinal Jusuf is Associate Professor in Engineering Cluster, SIT since August 2015. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK) and Member of Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE); member of The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES); a certified LEED Green Associate (a US-based green building rating system).

He serves as the Chair of Sustainability Education Committee (SEC) in the Singapore Institute of Technology. He is organising committee member of the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) – Singapore Chapter.
His expertise and research interests are in green building technology and sustainability; Building Information Modeling (BIM) and building energy simulation; and neighborhood microclimate modeling.

He serves as member in several national level Working Groups, setting up industry standard and guidelines, including TR 141:2025 Technical Reference: Hybrid cooling system for air-conditioning and TR 102:2022 Technical Reference: Code of practice for passive displacement cooling (PDC) system for air-conditioning application.
